One-on-one training sessions
New student Webmasters can schedule a one-on-one training session by e-mailing a request to helpdesk@bentley.edu.

Help Desk
All support questions are handled through the Client Services Student Help Desk (x3122 or helpdesk@bentley.edu). Help Desk staff are able to answer basic questions about any Bentley-supported software package.
