Benefits and Compensation
Bentley offers a very competitive benefits program to eligible employees regularly scheduled for a minimum of 17.5 hours per week and working at least nine months per year. The benefits are part of the University's "total compensation" package, including base salary, generous time off and all benefits. The University provides annual benefits statements which further describe the value of the benefits package as part of total compensation.
In addition to the standard benefits offered, Bentley offers benefits that help employees balance their work and family lives such as employee assistance program, discount tickets for activities and events through Campus Connections, tuition remission for employees and their family members, financial planning services, and more.
Bentley offers both benefits and new employee orientations to all its new hires, where they will receive an overview of all eligible benefits, policies and procedures, as well as an introduction to the Bentley campus. Benefits orientations are offered every Monday beginning at 9:00 am in the Human Resources Department. New employee orientations are scheduled for the following dates:
