The class book and the events surrounding it are intended to create a central intellectual focus for the first-year class and other members of the Bentley community who wish to join in. At the summer orientation program in June you will receive a free copy of the The Travels of a T-Shirt welcoming you into our intellectual community. As you begin your Bentley experience, you will be participating in events connected to The Travels of a T-Shirt. In addition, the book may be used in a number of your classes. You will also have an opportunity to discuss The Travels of a T-Shirt with the author, Pietra Rivoli, when she comes to Bentley in late August. Class book activities will begin during your First Week program.
