Wendy is responsible for overall management of Graduate Career Services, with a special focus on corporate outreach. Wendy brings a wealth of experience in higher education, corporate and entrepreneurial sectors. Prior to Bentley, she was director of career services at Simmons School of Management, where she was responsible for employer outreach and career advising. Previously, she was vice president of client relations and operations for a global management consulting firm specializing in strategy, innovation, and leadership for change.

Audra brings business experience to Bentley from public and private accounting as well as a recruitment perspective from five years in the staffing industry. She has held positions at Deloitte Lotus Development Corporation, Romac International and Bentley, where she has worked for eight years.

Lucy brings 18+ years of Recruiting and HR Generalist experience from her prior work with John Hancock Financial Services, Investors Bank & Trust, and Deloitte. With her expertise in career development & training, cultural transition, orientation & on-boarding, recruiting strategies, and corporate relationships she delivers valuable practitioner insights in her work with full-time MBA, MSIT and MSHFID students. In addition, Lucy has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and has lived and studied in Brussels, Belgium and is multilingual.

Barbara addresses the needs of the Bentley alumni population in career transition as the director of alumni career services. Barbara specializes in personal assessment and the development of individualized career strategies. Her background includes postings with the federal governments of Germany and Korea and over twenty-five years experience as a consultant and trainer on career development issues for corporations and government agencies. She has also taught in the Graduate School at Western New England College, the Eastern Management Development Center and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Graduate School.
